To prepare a dish, you will need:

- 6 slices of any red fish fillet;

- 1 kg of pumpkin;

- 1 large onion;

- 1 kg of cauliflower;

- 0.5 kg of tomatoes;

- 4 tablespoons sesame;

- 100 g of butter;

- 1 tbsp. vegetable broth;

- vegetable oil;

- 0.5 tsp coriander;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- 0.5 tsp curry;

- pepper to taste;

- salt to taste;

- dill greens.

Wash the fish, pat dry with paper towels and rub with salt and pepper. Then fry in half the butter until golden brown. Place the fried red fish fillets on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20 minutes.

While the fish is baking, peel and cut the pumpkin into large cubes, cut the tomatoes into small slices, and finely chop the onions. Pass the garlic through a garlic press, divide the cauliflower into inflorescences.

In the oil left after frying the fish, fry the garlic and onions, add pumpkin to them and simmer everything under the lid for 10 minutes. After that, put the rest of the vegetables in the pan and keep the same amount on the stove. Then sprinkle them with ground coriander, curry and add the rest of the oil. After 5 minutes, remove the vegetables from the stove and serve with the red fish, sprinkling with chopped dill.
