Ingredients:

Ingredients:

- 3 potatoes;
- 5 eggs;
- 200 g sour cream;
- 30 g butter;
- 4 slices of bread;
- 3 tbsp. l. boiled mushrooms;
- 2 tbsp. l. raisins;
- breadcrumbs, flour, vegetable oil, lemon peel, aromatic roots, pepper, salt, herbs.
Chicken meat needs to be cut into small pieces, boiled. Peel and dice potatoes, dip in broth. Send the miracle roots there, boil it. Remove the bones from the meat, prepare the minced meat, in which add the ground potatoes and roots, 2 eggs out of 5 harvested, bread and all other prepared ingredients. Then sprinkle this rich minced meat with flour, let it “lie down” for 30 minutes. Blind the patties, beat the remaining 3 eggs, roll the patties in them, breaded and fry. Serve potatoes and other vegetables as a side dish, garnish with herbs.
Soul cutlets from the oven
Ingredients:
- 500 g of minced chicken;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tbsp. l. flour;
- 2 tbsp. l. sour cream;
- 1 onion;
- salt, garlic and pepper.
Grate the onion on a fine grater, mix it with minced meat, add eggs, sour cream, flour, seasonings there. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, put the shaped patties on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, bake for 15-20 minutes.
