It is necessary

  • • Kefir - 1 glass
  • • Salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
  • • Wheat flour - 1-1, 5 cups
  • • Gooseberries - 0.5 cups
  • • Sugar - 2 tbsp. l
  • • Vegetable oil for frying - 80-100 ml.

Step 1

First, prepare the food. To do this, sift the flour into a bowl, and cut the tails of the gooseberry, if any. To prepare pancakes with gooseberries, you can use fresh gooseberries of any color (both red and green) and varieties, even the most sour. If the gooseberries are too sour, then it is better to increase the amount of sugar in the dough a little. In winter, you can use frozen gooseberries, while you do not need to defrost them in advance, it is enough to rinse the berries with cold water.

Add kefir, salt, fine sugar to a bowl of flour. Mix and drive in chicken eggs one at a time. Using a whisk, mix the dough thoroughly until smooth. The prepared gooseberries are laid out last.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. For frying pancakes, it is better to use odorless vegetable oil, refined and deodorized. Spoon the mixture into a frying pan and fry the pancakes until golden brown on each side. You need to fry over medium heat so that the berries in the dough have time to defrost, but do not flow.
