Instructions
Step 1
Cut the meat into small cubes, about 2-2.5 cm. Place in a preheated pan. Fry the meat until golden brown. While the meat is browning, cut the onion into half rings and add to the meat. When the onion acquires a slightly golden color, add the coarsely grated carrots (if desired, you can also cut into strips). Stir everything, reduce heat a little and simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
Step 2
Chop the cabbage into thin strips, add to the rest of the ingredients in the pan. Pour in 200-250 ml of boiling water, cover with a lid, while still reduce the heat on the stove, and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
Step 3
Then add heat, remove the lid and simmer for 6-7 minutes without a lid. Add tomato paste and mix everything thoroughly, continue to simmer for another 3-4 minutes. Add herbs and spices at the end. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
