An original, bright dessert will be a wonderful decoration for a festive Easter table, which will be appreciated by guests and relatives.
It is necessary
- - 9 pcs. eggs;
- - 2 sachets (50 g each) of green, red, yellow jelly;
- - frozen berries;
- - granulated sugar;
- - cream;
Instructions
Step 1
Wash eggs with a dense shell, carefully make a hole in each with a blunt end using a special punch or sharp thin scissors and pour out the contents (the contents of the eggs can be used to make pies). Rinse the inside of the shell well with hot water.
Step 2
Prepare multi-colored jelly: pour 2 bags of green (red, yellow) jelly into boiling water (1 glass), stir continuously until completely dissolved, remove from heat. In the same way, make a jelly of three colors.
Step 3
Fill clean shells with multi-colored jelly using a funnel (for each serving of jelly, 3 shells are needed), refrigerate for 1 hour until completely solidified.
Before serving, peel the jelly eggs gently from the shell, put them on a plate, roll them in granulated sugar and decorate with frozen berries or whipped cream.
