Add soda to the egg-bird cherry mixture, then gradually, stirring constantly, add the sifted flour. The dough should not turn out too thick, rather fluid, resembling sour cream in consistency.

Pour the resulting dough into a greased pan or margarine and bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° -200 ° C for about 20 minutes, until the cake turns golden brown. Cool the finished cake, cut in half lengthwise and coat with cream of sour cream, whipped with sugar.

Roll out the finished dough 1-1.5 cm thick and put on a baking sheet. Prepare the filling: you need to pour the bird cherry with hot water and close it tightly, let it stand for 1, 5-5 hours. Mix the bird cherry with sugar, put on the pie. Bake in the oven at 200o-210oC for 30-35 minutes.
