Shushensky pie with bird cherry is not only a very tasty delicacy, but also fragrant and satisfying. Make a cake for your loved ones for breakfast or a festive evening. Thanks to the bird cherry, the pie acquires a unique "zest" and amazes with its taste.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of yeast dough (ready-made);
- - 300 g of dry bird cherry;
- - 1 tbsp. granulated sugar;
- - 3 tbsp. honey liquid.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind the bird cherry in parts in a coffee grinder.
Step 2
Put the chopped bird cherry in a saucepan. Pour boiling water over the bird cherry, cover and leave for 60 minutes. Add honey and granulated sugar, mix and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, until thickened. Roll out the dough into a 5-7 mm rectangle. Place the filling on the dough and cover in a roll.
Step 3
Take a baking sheet with high edges and sprinkle with flour. Cut the prepared roll into 3 cm circles, and immediately place them in a baking sheet, pressing each one against each other. Lay out the entire shape with roll circles.
Step 4
After filling the baking sheet, wrap it up and let stand for about half an hour. Preheat the oven and bake the cake for 45-55 minutes. Take out the finished cake, let cool slightly in the form. Fold the towel several times, put the baked goods on it from the baking sheet. Cool slightly before serving.
