It is necessary

  • - sugar - 150 g;
  • - butter - 230 g;
  • - flour - 200 g;
  • - bird cherry flour - 60 g;
  • - vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;
  • - Amaretto liqueur - 1 tablespoon;
  • - lingonberry - 120 g;
  • - milk chocolate - 50 g;
  • - walnuts - a handful.

Instructions

Step 1

With lingonberries, do the following: rinse thoroughly, put in a separate cup and pour with a tablespoon of liquor. The berry should remain in this state for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

Soften 200 grams of butter. To do this, keep it at room temperature for a while. Then combine with granulated sugar. Beat thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved, that is, until white. Add eggs to the resulting mass, but not all at once, but one at a time, each time whisking the mixture until fluffy cream.

Step 3

Add bird cherry flour and vanilla sugar to the resulting sugar-butter mass. Whisk the mixture thoroughly. Put the wheat flour and lingonberries soaked in liquor there. Knead the dough.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. While it is heating, put the finished dough in a baking dish, previously oiled. Let the cake bake for about 60 minutes.

Step 5

In the meantime, combine the chopped milk chocolate and the rest of the butter. Melt this mixture in a water bath until smooth. Then add to it the lingonberry liquor. Mix well.
