Then we fry the onions and carrots in sunflower oil, the main thing here is not to skip this process and not to fry the vegetables too much. Approximate frying time 5-10 minutes on low heat and stirring occasionally until half cooked. Our vegetable "pillow" is ready.

Then we put our fish on vegetables and let it sweat under a closed lid for 10 minutes. In this recipe, you do not need to add water, the fish languishes and secretes its own juice itself.
