During the holiday, each hostess strives to make her table special, decorating it with all kinds of dishes. The easiest way to arrange it is salads - they can be given any shape. For example, a regular layered salad can be made in the shape of a sunflower, thanks to oval chips that act as petals. Such a dish will surely surprise all guests with its appearance.
It is necessary
- - chicken fillet 300 g
- - canned corn 400 g
- - pickled mushrooms 200 g
- - eggs 3 pcs.
- - onion 1 pc.
- - carrots 1 pc.
- - Pringls chips
- - pitted olives
- - vegetable oil
- - mayonnaise
- - salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the carrots, boil until tender and grate.
Step 2
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes, salt and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Instead of salt, you can add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, pour in 100 ml of water and simmer over low heat until the liquid evaporates. After stewing, the fillet will taste tender.
Step 3
Boil eggs until tender and grate on a fine grater.
Step 4
Finely chop the pickled mushrooms.
Step 5
Chop the onion and pour boiling water over for 10 minutes, then rinse with cold water. This procedure will kill the unpleasant bitterness.
Step 6
The salad is laid out in layers on a flat round dish in the following order: chicken fillet, carrots, mushrooms, onions, eggs, corn. Each layer must be greased with mayonnaise.
Step 7
Gently stick the chips around the plate, which will symbolize the petals of the sunflower.
Step 8
Cut the olives in half and place gently throughout the salad. They will act as sunflower seeds. Canned corn can be used in place of olives.
