This salad will shine like the sun on your festive table. The main ingredient in the salad can vary depending on the tastes of your guests. The recipe below is made with cod liver oil.
It is necessary
- - 3 pcs. potatoes
- - 2 pcs. onions
- - 500 g cod liver
- - 6 pcs. eggs
- - 1 can of olives
- - ground white pepper
- - mayonnaise
- - salt
- - crisps
Instructions
Step 1
Sauté the peeled and chopped onions until golden brown. Add salt and white pepper.
Step 2
Boil potatoes in salted water. Cool and grate on a coarse grater. Place in the first layer on a serving dish. Salads are much tastier if the potatoes are grated rather than sliced. Brush it with mayonnaise. Spread the sautéed onions in a second layer.
Step 3
Remove the cod liver from the jar and mash it with a fork. If you come across a large liver, then cut it up and put it on a dish. Cover this layer with mayonnaise.
Step 4
Boil hard boiled eggs. Separate the whites and yolks. Grate the yolks, brush them with mayonnaise. Sprinkle the grated whites on top.
Step 5
Remove a few olives from the jar (preferably seedless) and garnish the salad with them. Make sunflower leaves with any neutral-flavor chips. Let the salad sit and serve.
