  • - 300 grams of raw chicken fillet;
  • - 1 can of pickled champignons (about 200 g);
  • - 1 can of canned olives;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 70-80 g of cheese;

  • - mayonnaise.

Instructions

Step 1

Boil chicken fillet in water with a pinch of salt. It should be cooked for about 20 minutes, after the water boils. Then the finished fillet must be removed from the water and cooled. The cooled chicken should be cut into small cubes.

Step 2

Wash eggs, boil until tender, cool, peel. Separate the yolks from the proteins and grate them on a fine grater, and the proteins on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Grate the cheese and cut the pickled mushrooms into small pieces.

Step 4

First put a layer of chicken meat on a round plate, and a thin layer of mayonnaise on the meat.
