Garlic soup is a French cuisine dish. It turns out to be very satisfying, tasty and aromatic. The soup should be served with croutons.

Step 1
First, take a saucepan, put the garlic and pour boiling water over it, put it on the fire, let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove, chop finely and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Cut the white bread into cubes and fry in a skillet where the garlic was fried. Croutons will be made with garlic sauce.
Step 3
Strain the water in which the garlic was cooked into a saucepan for cooking the soup. Top up with boiling water.

Beat 4 yolks and pour in milk, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Step 5
Bring the water in a saucepan to a boil and pour in the milk mixture with the yolks in a small stream. When the soup comes to a boil, remove it from the heat and pour the sauteed garlic into it.
Step 6
Pour the soup into bowls and serve hot with croutons and herbs. It takes 40 minutes of free time to cook the soup.
