A delicious pie with chicken hearts will not leave anyone indifferent. Delicious and simple.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- 300 grams of flour

- 200 grams of margarine,
- 2 tablespoons sour cream.

- 2 onions,
- 500 grams of chicken hearts
- some salt
- ground black pepper to taste
- vegetable oil.
- To fill:
- 3 eggs,
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 50 grams of hard cheese.
Instructions
Step 1
We take a volumetric bowl and sift flour into it, add salt and mix.
Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream and 200 grams of cut margarine to the flour, Knead the non-sticky dough. Wrap the dough in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 2
We wash the chicken hearts well, preferably through a colander, transfer to a saucepan, fill with warm water. Put on fire, add a little salt, bring to a boil. As soon as it boils, reduce heat and cook for about 15 minutes (watch when ready).
We pass the finished chicken hearts through a meat grinder or grind with a blender (that is, we make minced meat).
Step 3
Peel two medium onions (if you like onions, use three) and chop finely. If you don't feel like cutting with a knife, you can use a blender.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden.
Mix the fried onions with chicken hearts, salt a little, season with spices and stir. The filling for our pie is ready.
Step 4
We take out the dough and put it in a baking dish (grease the mold with butter), form the sides.
Put the meat filling on the dough and level it.
Step 5
Preparing the filling for the cake.
Beat eggs in a bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of sour cream and 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the beaten eggs. Mix the filling well with a whisk.
Pour the filling over the filling. Sprinkle with finely grated cheese on top (you can take any cheese).
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
We bake the cake for about 45 minutes. The cake will be covered with an appetizing golden crust.
