Pickled, fragrant breast can be laid out directly on the wire rack of the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Put the baking sheet down so that the leaked juice collects there. Bake for about an hour. You can check the readiness by piercing the breast with a knife. If the juice is clear, then it's ready.
