Step 1

In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, paprika and a few tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Rub this mixture on the outside and inside the chicken. Leave to marinate for a few hours.

Prepare the filling. Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings.

Cut the mushrooms into slices.
