Moldavian salad "Dniester" is quite simple to prepare. It takes about 10 minutes to cook. A salad consisting of sausage, cabbage, peas, mayonnaise will look great on a festive table.
It is necessary
- - salt to taste;
- - 300 grams of fresh white cabbage;
- - 150 grams of smoked sausage, such as cervelat;
- - 3 tbsp. l. canned green peas;
- - 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise.
Instructions
Step 1
Take fresh white cabbage, wash it and chop it as fine as possible.
Step 2
Cut the sausage into strips.
Step 3
Salt the cabbage, remember a little, so that it crumples and lets out the juice. To maintain hygiene, it is advisable to put on bags or special disposable gloves on your hands.
Step 4
Open a jar of canned green peas, put the required amount in a previously prepared container.
Step 5
Add chopped cabbage and smoked sausage strips to the peas.
Step 6
Season all ingredients with a little mayonnaise.
Step 7
Salt to taste and mix well.

Some recipes for this salad involve the addition of an egg, which must be hard-boiled, peeled, finely chopped and added to the rest of the ingredients. Whether or not to add an egg depends on your own preference.
