How to make donuts

To make curd donuts on your hand, you will need 200 g of cottage cheese (the fatter, the better), 5-6 tablespoons of flour, ground cinnamon - a teaspoon, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 3 eggs, half a teaspoon of soda, slaked with vinegar, and also vegetable oil for frying - 1 liter.

Mix cottage cheese and eggs until smooth. Add flour and sugar, knead the dough until a full-fledged dough is obtained - viscous, firm, elastic. Pour soda quenched with vinegar into the dough, knead it again until smooth.

Pour a liter of oil into a deep frying pan and heat. It should be well heated, but not hot, because otherwise the donut may burn. Dip the spoon in the butter before putting the donuts in the butter. After - feel free to spoon the dough into a spoon and dip it into the pan. The donut in the oil should sizzle. It may change its shape during the frying process, but that's okay. The result will still serve as a lush and tasty curd ball.

It takes about 5 minutes to fry the donut on each side. It is best to turn over with a fork. If the butter starts to boil, reduce the heat to low, otherwise the donut will be fried on the outside and soggy on the inside.
