It doesn't take a lot of food to make delicious donuts. You probably have all the ingredients you need at home. I suggest you expand your culinary knowledge and make curd donuts with kefir. You will love the dish prepared according to this recipe.
It is necessary
- - cottage cheese - 100 g;
- - kefir - 1 glass;
- - egg - 2 pcs.;
- - flour - 1, 5-2 cups;
- - sugar - 0.5 cups;
- - salt - a pinch;
- - soda - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Place kefir together with cottage cheese in a blender bowl. Stir this mixture until smooth. Put the resulting mass in a deep bowl.
Step 2
Beat eggs mixed with granulated sugar with a blender. Add the resulting mixture to the curd-kefir mass. Then pour the flour there, but only necessarily sifted. Also, don't forget to add salt and baking soda. Mix everything properly. The end result is a donut dough that is slightly thicker than a pancake dough.
Step 3
Using a deep-bottomed dish, pour a large amount of sunflower oil into it.
Step 4
Pinching off small pieces from the dough, roll them into balls and put in hot butter using a tablespoon. Fry the future curd donuts on each side until golden brown. Make sure that the dish does not burn in any way.
Step 5
When the donuts are browning, gently remove them from the vegetable oil. This can be done either with two forks or with a slotted spoon.
Step 6
After blotting the balls of cottage cheese with paper napkins or towels, sprinkle them, for example, with powdered sugar or granulated sugar. Kefir curd donuts are ready! Serve them to the table, after cooling.
