For evening tea, soft and delicious donuts are perfect, which takes only 15 minutes to prepare. Try to bake them, it's easy.

- -1 glass of kefir,
- -3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
- -1 teaspoon of baking soda,
- -1 egg,
- -0.25 teaspoons of salt
- -250 ml of vegetable oil,
- -50 grams of butter,
- -2.5 cups flour
- -1 tbsp. a spoonful of powdered sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour kefir at room temperature into a large bowl or a small saucepan, see for yourself how it is more convenient to knead the dough. Add a teaspoon of baking soda and mix well.
Step 2
Melt the butter (choose how to melt the butter yourself, I used the microwave), add to the kefir along with 3 tablespoons of sugar and a teaspoon of salt, mix.
Step 3
Break the egg into a cup and stir (you can beat a little). Pour to kefir. Add flour (preferably sifted) in small portions and knead a soft dough that should not stick to your hands.
Step 4
Roll out the dough into a layer, the thickness of which is 7 mm. We take a large glass and cut out the circles. Cut out the middle with a small glass, form donuts.
Step 5
Heat vegetable oil in a small saucepan or saucepan. Dip donuts in hot oil, fry until golden.
Step 6
Put the finished donuts on paper towels so that the fat is absorbed.
Put the donuts on a plate and cool a little. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or vanilla - optional. You can sprinkle chopped peanuts on donuts. Serve on the table.
