Alcohol-free cocktails are a great party alternative for anyone with a healthy lifestyle. Among them there are complete analogues of alcoholic options, as well as healthy mixtures based on vegetable and fruit juices, milk, ice cream and other ingredients.
Milk and fruit cocktails for children and adults

Mojito and others: non-alcoholic versions of famous cocktails
One of the most popular summer cocktails is the refreshing Mojito. For everyday use, a non-alcoholic version of the drink is suitable - such a drink invigorates, gives strength and enriches with vitamins. You can use ready-made sugar syrup instead of brown sugar.
To prepare one serving of cocktail you will need:
- 0.5 lime;
- 2 teaspoons of brown sugar;
- 10 fresh mint leaves;
- 150 ml of sparkling water;
- 10 ice cubes.
Cut the lime into several slices and place in a tall thick-walled glass. Add mint leaves (set aside a couple to decorate the cocktail). Use a pestle to mash the limes and mint until juiced. Add sugar. Grind ice cubes into crumbs, pour it into a glass. Top up with soda, garnish with mint leaves and serve.
Non-alcoholic Mojito can be diversified by adding fresh raspberries, strawberries or grenadine syrup to the basic recipe.
Try making another non-alcoholic version of the popular cocktail. "Bloody Mary" without vodka, but with all the necessary spices, has a recognizable spicy taste and is very rich in vitamins.
You will need:
- 200 ml of natural tomato juice;
- 1 lemon;
- 0.5 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce;
- 0.5 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce;
- 60 g of crushed ice;
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped green onions.
Squeeze lemon juice. Put tomato and lemon juices, both sauces, green onions and crushed ice in a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth. Pour the finished cocktail into a tall glass and serve with a straw.
