Step 1
Mix flour with oatmeal, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add chunks of cold butter (can be replaced with margarine), chop with a sharp knife until crumbled.

Rinse dried apricots, dry them on paper towels, cut into small pieces.

Add sour cream and lightly beaten raw eggs to the flour crumbs. Send the chopped dried apricots there, mix everything thoroughly. You should have a fairly sticky dough.

Place the dough on a work surface sprinkled with a little flour. Knead it out a bit. Then roll the dough into a rectangle, cut a strip of dough with a sharp knife into triangles.
Step 5
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, spread the cookies on top of it, put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.

Soft biscuits with dried apricots should cook for about 30 minutes to become a pleasant golden brown. After cooking, cool the cookies on a baking sheet, then place in a bowl or serving dish. Serve with tea or coffee.
