Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment.

In a large bowl, whisk softened butter and icing sugar. Beat at high mixer speed.

Then add the vanilla extract and egg to the mixture. Mix everything. Add half the flour, continuing to beat with a mixer at low speed. Add the second part of flour, salt and mix the dough.
Step 4
Form 6 balls out of the dough and place on a baking sheet. Press down each ball with a cookie cutter to make figures.
Step 5
Place the cookies at a distance from each other and decorate with pastry crumbs. Place the cookies in a preheated oven for 13-15 minutes.
