Potato pies

Products for the test:

- potatoes - 500 g;

- egg - 2 pcs.;

- flour - a tablespoon

Pound the boiled peeled potatoes well or beat with a blender. In a slightly cooled puree (no higher than 60 degrees), add an egg, salt to taste and flour. Stir the potato dough well and divide into pieces the size of a medium potato. On a floured table, knead the dough into flat cakes approximately 7 mm thick and place on top of each minced meat. Blind the edges and shape into patties, brush them with an egg, whipped with milk. Transfer the patties to a greased baking sheet seam side down and bake in a preheated 160-degree oven. Pour sour cream over the pies before serving. Pies can be fried in a skillet in vegetable oil, then they do not need to be greased with an egg.

Minced meat products:

- mushrooms - 250 g;

- onion - 1 head

Chop the onion thinly, fry and add the finely chopped mushrooms. Simmer mushrooms and onions, covered over low heat. Add salt and herbs to taste before cooking.

Potato cheesecakes

Prepare the potato dough as for patties. Divide the mass into balls, place on a floured table and press down to make cakes. In the middle of each, make a depression with a rolling pin and fill it with minced meat. Transfer the cheesecakes to a baking sheet and bake in the oven.

Minced meat products:

- cottage cheese - 300 g;

- egg - 1 pc.;

- sugar to taste

Beat the cottage cheese with a blender with egg and sugar.

Potato roll

Put the potato dough on a damp towel and flatten to form a layer of 1, 5-2 cm. Put the minced meat in the middle of the mass. Bend the towel over, wrap the edges and join them together. Transfer the roll to the baking sheet, seam side down. Brush the roll with an egg, beaten with milk, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, drizzle with melted butter and bake in the oven.

Minced meat products:

- cabbage - 200 g;

- egg - 2 pcs.;

- onion - 1 head

Chop the cabbage thinly and simmer over low heat under the lid. Season with salt to taste before cooking. Add the fried onion and the hard-boiled and finely chopped egg to the cooked cabbage.
