Pies are a symbol of comfort; in many families, their recipes are passed down from generation to generation. In Russia, many hundreds of years ago, the hostess of the house was judged by her ability to cook food and bake pies.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- -500 g flour;
- -150 g margarine;
- -2 eggs (yolks);
- -100 g sour cream;
- -50 g yeast;
- -3 tbsp. spoons of milk;
- -1 teaspoon of sugar.
- For filling:
- -300 g of boiled meat;
- -1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter;
- -1 egg;
- -1 bow;
- - pepper, salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve yeast mixed with sugar in milk. Add a tablespoon of flour and place in a warm place or in the sun for 15 to 20 minutes. When the sourdough comes up, pour it into the sifted flour (400 g), add the yolks, sour cream and knead the dough. Leave it alone for 30-40 minutes. When it comes up, roll it into a layer, put the margarine chopped with flour (100 g) on it in an even layer.
Step 2
Fold in an envelope and roll out the dough away from you. Sprinkle with flour, fold back in an envelope and roll out. Do this 3-4 times. Cut into 6x6 cm squares, place on each filling, fold in a triangle (do not pinch), place on a greased baking sheet, brush with protein. Bake in a well-heated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Step 3
To prepare the filling, pass the boiled meat through a meat grinder. Add the onion, chopped egg, salt and pepper fried in butter. Stir until smooth. If the filling is thick, add one spoonful of mayonnaise.
