If you decide to set aside some time for baking, then I suggest you prepare a Bulgarian cheese pie. This dish turns out to be very fragrant and tender.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - flour - 600 g;
- - eggs - 3 pcs;
- - water - 250 ml;
- - sugar - 1 teaspoon;
- - fresh yeast - 10 g;
- - salt.
- Filling:
- - feta cheese - 500 g;
- - butter - 100 g.
- Fill:
- - eggs - 3 pcs;
- - milk - 200 ml;
- - sugar - 2 tablespoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the eggs lightly with a fork. Then add the following ingredients to the resulting whipped mass: granulated sugar, flour, salt, as well as fresh yeast and water. Knead the dough from this mixture for the future pie. It should turn out to be elastic. Then place it in an oiled dish with a deep bottom and heat it for about 40 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the dough into 5 equal pieces. Roll them with a rolling pin in the shape of a circle with a diameter of 25 centimeters. Melt the butter in a water bath, then carefully lubricate the resulting layers with it. Turn the cheese into a homogeneous mass and divide it in such a way that you get 5 identical parts.
Step 3
Place the filling on the rolled circles. Then wrap each into a roll and twist slightly.
Step 4
Place the rolls on a greased baking dish as if you were twisting a spiral. Do not do it tightly, as the dish will become approximately 2 times larger during cooking. Leave in this form for 15 minutes.
Step 5
In the meantime, prepare the filling for the future cheese pie. To do this, mix granulated sugar with chicken eggs. Beat this mixture, but not strongly. Add milk there. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 6
While the oven is heating to 180 degrees, pour the potting over the dish. In this form, send it to bake for about 40-45 minutes.
Step 7
Leave the finished baked goods under a towel for about a quarter of an hour. Bulgarian cheese pie is ready!
