Curd pudding is a delicate and very airy dessert. His recipe came to us from distant England and forever "settled" in our kitchen. The pudding recipe is extremely simple and does not require the addition of flour, making it suitable for those on a diet.
Melting in your mouth and unusually tasty pudding will be a wonderful decoration for any table.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of curd cream;
- - 5 tbsp dried cranberries;
- - 5 pieces. eggs;
- - 100 g sour cream 20%;
- - 130 g brown sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. l. starch;
- - 10 g vanillin;
- - 1 tbsp. l. semolina;
- - 20 g butter.

Step 1
First of all, pour the dried cranberries with water and leave for steaming. Take eggs, separate whites from yolks. Beat the whites until foamy, adding sugar to them. In a separate container, mix curd cream with yolks and sour cream, add starch, vanillin and semolina. Beat the resulting mass with a blender so that there are no lumps.
Step 2
Then drain the water from the already steamed cranberries. Dry the berries and pour into the dough. Mix all ingredients. After mixing thoroughly, gradually pour the proteins into the dough. Pour the dough into a multicooker, pre-greased with butter.
Step 3
Bake for one hour in baking mode. After the end of the baking process, turn off the multicooker and leave the pudding in it under the closed lid for another 1 hour. After the dessert "comes", take it out and cool. Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
