If you translate the name of the cookie literally, you get "a cookie that has everything": the list of ingredients includes oatmeal, and chocolate, and nuts, and dried fruits … But the most interesting thing is that this mishmash gives rise to a really wonderful taste!
It is necessary
- - 55 g of nuts;
- - 113 g unsalted butter;
- - 105 g brown sugar "Demerara";
- - 50 g of white sugar;
- - 2 small eggs;
- - 3/4 tsp vanilla extract;
- - 130 g of premium flour;
- - 1/2 tsp soda;
- - 1/4 tsp salt;
- - 80 g of oatmeal;
- - 50 g of raisins;
- - 45 g of coconut;
- - 85 g chocolate drops (finely chopped chocolate).
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the oil from the refrigerator first to soften it. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 175 degrees and dry the nuts in it for about 10 minutes, until a nutty flavor appears. Cool them down and chop randomly with a knife.
Step 2
Increase the temperature in the oven to 190 degrees. Whisk the butter and sugar into a fluffy light cream. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract to the mixture.
Step 3
Combine all dry ingredients separately: flour, baking soda, salt, flakes. Add them to the liquid batter and stir. Add chopped nuts, chocolate drops (finely chopped chocolate), dried fruits and coconut to the mass. Stir to distribute the additives evenly.
Step 4
Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Spread the dough on it with a tablespoon at a decent distance from each other (about 4 - 5 cm). Shape the cookies by crushing them with the same spoon until they are just over a centimeter thick. Place in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cool on a baking sheet and then on a wire rack.
