Gyuvech is a traditional national dish of the countries of the south, it is prepared in Bulgaria, Turkey, Georgia. The dish turns out to be very tasty, juicy and harmonious.
It is necessary
- - 500 g chicken fillet,
- - 1 carrot,
- - 2 onions,
- - 1 eggplant,
- - 1 bell pepper,
- - 3 tomatoes,
- - 3 stalks of celery,
- - half a glass of couscous,
- - salt, pepper to taste,
- - parsley and dill,
- - sunflower oil.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to cut the carrots into strips and fry them in a deep frying pan along with chopped onions in sunflower oil over low heat.
Step 2
Next, you need to defrost the chicken fillet, then cut into small pieces and fry in a separate frying pan until half cooked.
Step 3
10 minutes after frying the vegetables, you need to add chopped eggplant and bell peppers to them.
Step 4
After another 10 minutes add celery and couscous there, mix everything and cook covered for about 5-10 minutes.
Step 5
Finally, add tomatoes cut into small pieces. Salt and pepper the dish to taste, add seasonings and mix everything thoroughly. Add a little water if necessary.
Step 6
On top, you need to place the fried chicken pieces and simmer everything under the lid for about 20-25 minutes. Fresh parsley is added before serving.
