Sorrel soup is the springiest chowder. Sorrel is a very useful herb, it helps to get rid of vitamin deficiency. And the cabbage soup with sorrel turns out to be very tasty and sour.
To prepare cabbage soup you will need:
300 gr. sorrel, 300 gr. spinach, 3-4 boiled potatoes, 2 fresh cucumbers, 100 g green onions
2 hard-boiled eggs
200 gr. boiled meat or fish;
sour cream, salt, sugar and dill to taste.
Pour water into a saucepan and boil it, rinse the sorrel and spinach leaves thoroughly. We make sure that there is no sand on the leaves. We boil meat or fish, cool and cut into pieces we need. In a separate saucepan, prepare boiling water for spinach. Cut the sorrel leaves into a small bowl, simmer in our own juice and wipe. Salt boiling water and boil spinach leaves in it. Drain the finished product through a colander and grind the spinach. Mix the sorrel and spinach, pour the spinach broth, let it boil and then cool. Cut fresh cucumbers and boiled potatoes into small cubes, chop green onions and grind them with salt. Put boiled meat or fish, potatoes, onions and cucumbers in the prepared broth with sorrel and spinach. When serving, pour the cabbage soup into plates, put the eggs cut into two parts, sour cream and sprinkle with dill.
