In addition, a light early evening meal also contributes to a good appetite the next morning.
Lunch is no less important, because at this time a strong feeling of hunger wakes up. It is important to satisfy him on time with suitable products. Most useful for lunch is low-fat liquid dishes, meat or fish, fresh vegetables. You can also afford durum wheat pasta. The best dessert is fruit. If you certainly want a cake, it is healthier to eat it a little later - during an afternoon snack, which will help make dinner easier.
Early supper
Dinner should also be included in the daily diet. And always pass at the same time. Ideally, it is useful to have dinner 5 hours before bedtime so that the food has time to be digested and absorbed by the body. If, for some reason, it was not possible to have dinner on time, you should not give up food altogether - you just need to eat a vegetable salad and a small piece of baked meat or fish. But it is not recommended to enjoy dessert after an evening meal.
Healthy snacks
It is also recommended to snack at the same time. Preferably a couple of hours after breakfast or 3 hours before dinner. During them, it is useful to eat any fruit or drink a cup of tea with nuts, dried fruits, cottage cheese and other not too high-calorie foods.
