Cook incredibly delicious crispy breaded pork. You can serve it with arugula, sprinkle with lemon juice. It can also be served with fresh tomatoes and spinach.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 2 boneless pork loins weighing 220 g each;
- - 80 g of bread crumbs;
- - 2 eggs;
- - half a glass of dry white wine;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil, flour;
- - fresh parsley, salt, pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix bread crumbs with chopped parsley, add pepper and salt. Cut each piece of pork in half, beat the meat well between layers of cling film. Make the chops thin enough. Pepper and salt the pork to taste.
Step 2
Dip each piece of meat in flour. Beat eggs, dip pieces of pork in them, then roll in greens with breadcrumbs.
Step 3
In a nonstick skillet, heat half the oil, place two chops in the skillet, fry for five minutes on each side, then transfer to a paper towel. Fry the second pair of chops in the same way.
Step 4
Pour dry wine into a frying pan, stir with a wooden spoon, boil over low heat - all alcohol should evaporate. Sprinkle hot pork escalopes with parsley with wine, serve immediately, garnish at your discretion.
