Step 1
The ingredients for the salad are for two servings, so keep this in mind when preparing. Boil the eggs until tender, then cool, peel and cut into large slices.

Cut any boiled sausage into thin strips. If desired, boiled sausage can be replaced with smoked or semi-smoked sausage.

Hard cheese, it is better if it is more salty varieties, cut into strips (just like sausage).

Rinse green onions (one feather is enough), dry and chop to taste.

Rinse the cucumber, cut in half and cut each long half into thin half rings. If desired, fresh cucumber can be replaced with finely chopped lightly salted cucumber.
