Every woman's piggy bank should have a simple recipe for making a salad, which is suitable both for every day and for a festive table. For example, a salad with Korean carrots and liver turns out to be hearty and at the same time juicy, and it cooks quickly.
It is necessary
- - chicken liver (pork, beef is suitable) - 500 g;
- - Korean carrots - 200 g;
- - onions - 1 head;
- - fresh champignons - 200 g;
- - sunflower oil - 1 tsp;
- - mayonnaise.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the liver, remove the inedible parts from it and cook until tender. When the offal is boiled, remove it from the water and cool. If you chose chicken liver for making salad, then cut it into small cubes. It is recommended to grind pork and beef offal.
Step 2
Remove the husk from the onion, cut the vegetable into random pieces. Pour sunflower oil into a hot frying pan, put onion there, fry it for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Rinse the mushrooms, dry, cut into not too thin plates. Fry the mushrooms with the onion until tender.
Step 4
Take a deep plate, put Korean carrots, prepared liver, onions fried with mushrooms in it. Mix the ingredients, season with mayonnaise. Transfer the dish to a beautiful salad bowl, garnish with a sprig of parsley.
