It is necessary
- - 2 chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced
- - juice of 1 lemon
- - 2 tsp light honey
- - 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce
- - 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
- - 4 tsp starch
- - 8 purple broccoli, thinly sliced along the shoots
- - 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- - 1 head of pak choy cabbage, shredded
- - 1 head of Chinese cabbage, shredded
Instructions
Step 1
Place the chicken in a shallow dish. Add zest and lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic and starch, mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Heat oil vigorously in a wok or large skillet. Drain the marinade and save. Place the chicken in the wok. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the meat is browned all over. Add broccoli and cook for 2 more minutes.
Step 3
Add both kale and lemon marinade; cook for a couple more minutes until the leaves begin to soften. Serve!
