Thaw fish fillets at room temperature, rinse in clean water, then cut into small pieces and place in a bowl. Season the pieces with salt and pepper, add dried herbs to taste, rub everything well into the fillet.

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon, mix 2 tablespoons of which with mustard, pour this mixture over the fish and leave to marinate in a cool place for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the remaining half of the lemon into rings, and peel and clove the garlic. Knead the teeth a little so that they just crack.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat it well, put garlic cloves, fry them a little so that they become a little golden. After that, lay out the fish pieces and lemon rings, pour over the remaining lemon juice.
