The vegetable stew is a delicious and satisfying dish that is easy to prepare. To give the meat an unusual taste, you can use light beer instead of water.

- - 3-4 medium sized tomatoes;
- - 450 g of fresh mushrooms;
- - 1 bell pepper;

- - 1 liter of any light beer;
- - olive oil;
- - ground coriander.

Instructions
Step 1
The meat should be rinsed, cut into pieces about 2 by 2 centimeters in size and transferred to a thick-walled pan for the oven.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add to the meat. Fill the meat with tomatoes with beer - it should completely cover the contents of the pan. We close the pan with a lid and send it to a preheated oven (175C) for 1, 5 hours.
Step 3
While the meat is stewing, prepare the remaining ingredients. Cut the onion into feathers, the mushrooms with plastics, and the pepper into strips. Fry the onion over medium heat in a little oil until translucent.
Step 4
Add champignons to the onion, fry until moisture evaporates from the mushrooms. Add pepper to the pan, fry all ingredients for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
After 1, 5 hours, remove the meat from the oven, add vegetables to it, salt, pepper and season with ground coriander. We send the meat with vegetables to the oven for another 30 minutes.
