It is necessary

  • Pork - 0.5 kg
  • Potatoes - 1 kg
  • Tomatoes - 4 pieces
  • Zucchini - 1 piece
  • Carrots - 3 pieces
  • Bulgarian pepper - 3 pieces
  • Onions - 2 pieces
  • Dill
  • Parsley
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil

Instructions

Step 1

If necessary, put the pork in a saucepan and fill it with cold water until defrosting, then rinse and cut into small cubes.

Step 2

Preheat the pan, pour in vegetable oil. After heating, put the pork in a frying pan and fry over high heat until golden brown.

Step 3

Cut the peeled onion into small cubes. To avoid watery eyes in the process, periodically rinse the knife in cold water.

Cut the carrots into slices and put them together with the onions in a pan with meat. Stir and fry vegetables until soft, about 3 minutes.

Step 4

While everything is fried, let's start cutting the rest of the vegetables. Cut the zucchini into cubes. If the zucchini is no longer young, you need to peel it off and clean the seeds. We shift the zucchini into a container in which we will stew vegetables, for example a cauldron. We also cut the potatoes and add to the zucchini.

Step 5

Let's start with tomatoes. Peel them off. To do this quickly, pour boiling water over the tomatoes. Cut them into cubes and add them to the previous vegetables. Just like tomatoes, we cut Bulgarian peppers.

Step 6

Add a little tomato paste or water to the pan with meat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 7

Transfer the contents of the pan to a container with potatoes, tomatoes, peppers and zucchini. We put the cauldron on high heat until it boils, then reduce the heat to medium, add a glass of water, finely chopped parsley and dill. Seasoning can be added for a more beautiful color.
