- 6. Kombu seaweed - 10 grams;
- 7. lemon - 1/4;
- 8. nori - 6 strips.

Step 1
Rinse the rice, pour it into a saucepan, fill it with cold water - it should cover the rice, bring to a boil.
Step 2
Combine rice vinegar with sugar, Mirin sauce, lemon juice and Kombu seaweed. Simmer for twenty minutes, just do not bring to a boil.
Step 3
Season hot rice with the resulting sauce, cool. Form chilled rice into cubes. Wrap them in a strip of nori, moisten one end of the strip with some water, then our basket will not fall apart - it will be convenient to eat.
Step 4
Finally, place the flying fish caviar on top of these "baskets" - the Tobiko sushi is ready!
