Casseroles can be made with many foods. In winter you want it from meat, in spring from cottage cheese, but in summer from cabbage. Usually, Chinese cabbage is eaten fresh in salads. I suggest you try the Chinese cabbage casserole and take a look at it from the other side.
It is necessary
- - 800 g of Chinese cabbage;
- - 300 g of boiled sausage;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 6 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- - 7 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - 100 g of cheese;
- - 50 g butter;
- - 0.5 teaspoons of salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- - sesame seeds;
- - parsley;
- - dill.
Instructions
Step 1
Divide the cabbage into leaves and rinse under running water. Cut into small strips.
Step 2
Cut the sausage into cubes and lightly fry in butter.
Step 3
Rinse the dill and parsley. Let the water drain and chop finely.
Step 4
Prepare the dough. Beat eggs with a whisk, add sour cream and mayonnaise.
Step 5
Sift the flour through a sieve and add slowly, whipping with a whisk. Add baking powder and salt to taste.
Step 6
Combine cabbage, sausage and herbs. Pour the dough over and stir and place in a non-stick baking dish. Pre-grease the bottom of the mold with butter.
Step 7
Sprinkle grated cheese and sesame seeds on top of the casserole. And put a few more pieces of butter.
Step 8
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve the casserole with sour cream.
