Having decided to cook pastries for dessert, do not ignore the recipe for mint muffins with the addition of Rafaello sweets. They turn out to be tender, soft, loose. An interesting combination of invigorating mint with coconut sweets makes their taste bright and unusual.
It is necessary
- - 100 g butter
- - 80 g sugar
- - 25 g mint
- - 2 eggs
- - a teaspoon of baking powder
- - 6 Rafaello sweets
- - 100 g flour
- - 20 ml vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the mint leaves, dry them on a paper or cloth napkin. In a blender, combine the sugar with the mint leaves. This will make peppermint sugar.
Step 2
Remove the butter from the refrigerator to soften. Then mix it in a suitable bowl with the peppermint sugar. Add eggs, whisk.
Step 3
Sift flour with baking powder, mix well. Lightly grease the molds with vegetable oil. Pour one tablespoon into each dough.
Step 4
Place on top of the candy, pressing lightly into the dough. Fill the molds with the remaining dough. Send them to an oven preheated to 170 degrees.
Step 5
After 25 minutes, turn off the oven, but do not remove the muffins until it cools down. Remove the finished muffins from the molds. Place on a platter, garnish as desired.
