It is necessary

  • Dough:
  • - flour - 1 glass;
  • - kefir - 250 ml;
  • - water - 1 glass;
  • - eggs - 2 pcs;
  • - sugar - 2 tablespoons;
  • - salt - 1 pinch;
  • Filling:
  • - chocolate - 1 bar;
  • - dried mint - 1 teaspoon;
  • - vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons.

Instructions

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients for the dough. You need to add salt and sugar to the flour, and then the eggs and mix everything. You should get a semi-dry mass, into which you need to pour half of the kefir, and then half a glass of water. So gradually adding kefir and water, bring to a semi-liquid state. The mixture should turn out to be viscous so that it is convenient to distribute over the pan.

Step 2

After preparing the dough, fold the broken chocolate into a bowl and place in the microwave. Or you can make a water bath and melt it in it. If you use a microwave, then you need to check that the chocolate does not bake. After the chocolate has melted, you need to stir it well and add dry mint (it is sold in Pyaterochka). When mint is added, chocolate hardens faster, so it is worth combining the ingredients just before serving. Do not use dark chocolate, it strongly interrupts the taste of mint. It is better to take regular milk, so the taste will be more delicate, with a subtle hint of mint.

Step 3

Vegetable oil is heated in a pancake pan. Pour a little more than is needed to grease the pan, and pour the excess into the dough and mix it well again. This way it will definitely not stick to the surface of the pan and you can easily turn pancakes without using a spatula. By the way, don't be afraid to try tossing them in the pan, it's pretty simple and makes the process more fun. Both for you and for your household. Imagine that you are a restaurant chef and are trained to flip pancakes with ease without using additional funds. The main thing is to make sure that the pancake is completely baked and does not stick to the surface of the pan. Otherwise, nothing will work.

Step 4

As the stack of pancakes grows, you can start adding the chocolate mint mixture. It spreads easily over the surface of the pancake, and then hardens a little. Once everything is ready, you can decorate the portion, as in the main photo, with a fine mesh of chocolate. To do this, you need to take a teaspoon and dip it in the chocolate mixture, then gently let the thin thread of the filling sink onto the pancakes. Make large zigzags, touching the plate, so the drawing will look more interesting.
