Pancakes with meat filling are a delicious, nutritious dish. They can be served not only on Shrovetide, but also on ordinary days. A hearty snack that will appeal to both adults and children. And making pancakes at home is a snap.
Take 500 ml of 3.2% milk warmed to room temperature, mix with 3 chicken eggs, add salt to taste, 2 tbsp. l. sugar and beat the mixture thoroughly with a whisk. Place 1/2 tsp in a bowl. soda, stir again. Sift 300 g of flour, and, stirring gently, add portions of it into the batter. Then pour in 50 ml of boiling water and 10 ml of sunflower oil. Leave it on for half an hour.
Heat a frying pan on the stove, add vegetable oil. Bake the pancakes, turning them on both sides, until golden brown. Then fold it up and cool.
Filling # 1: Cook 300 grams of lean beef, 1 onion and 20 grams of butter. Boil the beef, cut it into small cubes or twist it in a meat grinder. Add the onion fried in butter, mix it with the meat. Start pancakes.
Filling number 2: take 300 g of minced meat, 1 carrot, 2 chicken eggs, 2 onions. Grate the carrots, cut the onion into small cubes, fry the vegetables over medium heat. Add minced meat and chopped eggs, mix thoroughly. Bring the filling to full readiness, and then distribute it over the surface of each pancake. Roll up and place on a flat plate. Garnish with chopped parsley and top with sour cream.
Pancakes can be served according to your own imagination. The bags tied with green onion feathers look very impressive, the tubes cut into several parts, decorated with parsley sprigs, will be no less interesting. You can serve such pancakes in portions.
