  • - 1 tbsp. dry wine
  • - 0, 5 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • - 1 lemon
  • - 1 bunch of parsley

  • - 2 bay leaves
  • - salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onion, rinse it thoroughly and pat dry on a paper towel. Cut it into half rings on a cutting board. Pour butter into the pan, heat it well, then put the onion. Fry the onions until golden brown.

Step 2

Peel the garlic, chop it in a garlic press or finely chop it, add to the onion and sauté together for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Rinse the fish, peel off the scales, cut the abdomen, take out all the insides, cut off the head, fins and tail, remove all bones, rinse thoroughly. Cut the resulting cod fillet into pieces.

Put some of the onion in a deep baking sheet, put pieces of cod on top, cover everything with the remaining onion, salt and pepper. Cut the lemon into 2 halves, squeeze out all the juice, pour it over the fish and onions. Place bay leaves on different sides between the fish pieces, and sprinkle finely chopped parsley on top.

Place the baking sheet in the oven for 15 minutes, preheated to 180 degrees. After 15 minutes, pour in the wine, and shake the mold, cover the top of the mold with foil. Put the goulash back in the oven for 30 minutes. Shake the mold several times while cooking.
