Tiramisu is a delicious dessert that everyone should try. This is not a classic recipe for a familiar dessert, we will prepare it on a biscuit basis - it will turn out very gently, thanks to coffee, the delicacy immediately acquires a unique aroma.

It is necessary

  • - 250 g of curd mass or cottage cheese, cream cheese, cookies;
  • - 200 g flour;
  • - half a can of condensed milk;
  • - 1 cup of sugar;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - cocoa powder, coffee to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare a cream from condensed milk, cottage cheese and cream cheese - beat until smooth, the cream should turn out to be airy, very tender.

Step 2

Make a biscuit. Separate the yolks from the whites. Pour half a glass of sugar into the yolks. Beat the whites until a white tight mass, add sugar. Beat the yolks immediately with sugar and mix two masses in one bowl, add flour in small portions. The biscuit dough is ready.

Step 3

Coat a baking dish with sunflower oil and place parchment paper on the bottom. Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Use a wooden stick to check that the cake is ready. Cut the finished biscuit into two parts, saturate the cake, which will serve as the bottom, with the finished coffee. Lubricate with a thin layer of curd cream.

Step 4

Dip each cookie in coffee, place in a thin layer on top of the curd layer. In this way, alternate the layers of the dessert until you run out of cookies and sweet cream (leave a little). Cover the top with a second biscuit cake, generously coat the top and sides with the remaining cream. Place the biscuit tiramisu in the refrigerator for soaking for 4-5 hours. You can decorate as you like - fresh berries, powdered sugar, coconut, chocolate.
