It is necessary

  • - kefir 0.5 l;
  • - margarine 200 g;
  • - chicken egg 2 pcs.;
  • - sugar 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - salt 1 teaspoon;
  • - wheat flour 600 g;
  • - soda 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Filling:
  • - chicken fillet 200 g;
  • - tomatoes 2 pcs.;
  • - salt and spices to taste;
  • - bulb onions;
  • - ham 100 g;
  • - beef 150 g;
  • - hard cheese 200 g;
  • - baking dish;
  • - butter 10 g.

Instructions

Step 1

We knead the dough. Mix the eggs thoroughly with kefir using a whisk. Add salt, soda and sugar and mix everything as well. Gradually add flour to the mixture and start kneading the dough with your hands. Now add softened margarine to it. Leave the dough in a cool place for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Cooking the filling. Finely chop the chicken fillet and beef and fry in a pan. Then we chop the onion and add it to the meat along with salt and spices, continue to fry until the onion is golden brown. Cut the tomatoes and ham into small slices. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater. Then mix the meat, ham and tomatoes.

Step 3

Grease the baking dish with butter. We spread the dough carefully, in the middle we make room for the filling. Then we spread the meat filling and sprinkle with cheese on top. Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
