Chickpeas (chickpeas or lamb peas) are used very often in Spanish cuisine. It can be stewed, boiled or fried, but the result will be the same - a delicious and very satisfying dish, suitable for cold days when you want to warm up and rejuvenate.

- Ingredients for 2 persons:
- - 100 gr. boiled chickpeas;
- - 75 gr. green beans;
- - a quarter of red pepper;
- - half a small onion;
- - 100 gr. spinach;
- - 100 gr. salmon (or salmon);
- - a teaspoon of curry;
- - pepper and salt;
- - olive oil.

Step 1
Chickpeas for this dish must be prepared in advance: soak it in water overnight, and the next morning bring it to a boil in clean water and cook over low heat for 1, 5-2 hours. The lamb peas should not be soft, but they should be soft. You need to salt it about ten minutes before cooking.

We wash the boiled chickpeas and put them in a colander.
Step 3
Vegetables need to be washed and allowed to dry. Boil green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes. Cut the pepper into small pieces, chop the onion, cut the spinach or tear it with your hands.
Step 4
Fry all vegetables in olive oil until tender, add small pieces of salmon (salmon) and chickpeas. Pepper, salt, curry. Stir and fry for a few minutes until the fish is ready.
Step 5
Serve warm.
