It is necessary

  • For pork loin:
  • - 900 g of pork pulp;
  • - 100 g of prunes, 2 sour apples;
  • - 100 ml of dry white wine;
  • - 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar;
  • - 2 teaspoons of potato starch;
  • - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - 50 ml of vegetable broth, 50 ml of cream;
  • - 2 tablespoons of cloves, black pepper, salt (to taste);
  • For loin in soy batter:
  • - 400 g of pork loin;
  • - 2 eggs, 30 g flour;
  • - 1 clove of garlic;
  • - 50 ml of soy sauce, 50 ml of vegetable oil;
  • For pork loin with pineapple:
  • - 500 g of pork loin;
  • - 200 g canned pineapples (rings);
  • - 250 g of cheese, vegetable oil, salt, pepper;

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the pork and pat dry, season with pepper and salt. Slice the meat up and down with a shallow sharp knife into 3 cm squares.

Step 2

Fill each square of meat with 1 clove. Cover with a thin layer of powdered sugar, place in a mold or on a baking sheet, previously oiled and place in the oven for 40-50 minutes.

Rinse the prunes and soak in wine for 30 minutes. Cut the apples into wedges. Place the meat in a skillet, add prunes with wine and apple wedges. Cook for 30 minutes.

Transfer the meat and fruit to another bowl. Strain the remaining juice in the pan, add the broth, cream, boil a little and, stirring constantly, add the starch diluted in the broth so that no lumps form. Bring the mixture to a boil, season with salt. Pour the sauce over the loin and chop.

For cooking in soy batter, cut the loin into small pieces about 2 cm thick. Cover with cling film, beat the meat well. Whisk eggs in a bowl, add soy sauce and flour.

Mix thoroughly, add garlic, passed through a press and dried herbs. Dip the pieces of pork in batter, fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.

To cook pork loin with pineapple, chop the meat. Place the pieces of meat on a greased, foil-lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper and place a pineapple ring on top of each piece.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater and mix with mayonnaise. Spoon the carefully prepared mixture over the pineapples. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° for 40 minutes.
