Kebabs with a trip to nature is one of the most enjoyable types of recreation in the warm season. But what if you really wanted fried meat in a season that is not suitable for travel and gatherings in nature? Prepare it at home, of course. And the multicooker is the most faithful assistant in this.
Pork kebab in a slow cooker
Pork shashlik in a slow cooker turns out tasty and juicy, moderately fried. Its taste is slightly different from the usual, because the meat is not so fatty that it will only benefit your figure.
For the kebab, you need to take the following ingredients:
- pork, 1 kg;
- small tomatoes, 4 pcs;
- sour cream (better than 15%), 250 grams;
- onions, 3 pcs;
- garlic, 3-4 cloves;
- spices to taste.
Cut the meat into small cubes.
For kebabs, it is best to use the neck part.
Remove the skin from the tomatoes (to facilitate this process, they need to be doused with boiling water) and chop finely. Peel the onions and cut into rings, mix with salt to release the juice. Mix the tomatoes with the onions, pour the resulting mixture over the meat.
Finely chop the garlic or crush with a garlic, mix with sour cream. Pour the mixture over the meat as well. Mix everything thoroughly. In order for the meat to be properly marinated, it is necessary to let it stand for 3, 5 - 4 hours.
After the indicated interval, transfer the marinated meat to a multicooker, set the “baking” mode with a cooking time of 40 minutes. Stir the meat several times during cooking. Shish kebab can be served on a platter or on skewers, after having strung meat pieces on them.
Veal shashlik with fruit sauce
To prepare a delicious kebab according to this recipe, you must prepare the following components:
- veal (but any other meat is also possible), 1 kg;
- kiwi - 2 pcs;
- medium-sized red bell peppers - 2 pcs;
- onions - 4 heads;
- spices to taste.
First you need to prepare a sweet kiwi sauce. Peel the kiwi and 2 onions. Grind them with a blender until smooth.
Kiwi has one very interesting feature - it prevents the juice from flowing out of the meat. That is why kebab with sauce from this fruit turns out to be tender and incredibly juicy.
Cut the bell pepper into half rings, peel the remaining 2 onions and cut into rings. Rinse the meat thoroughly, cut into small pieces, pepper and salt. Then add the sauce cooked in a blender, chopped onion rings and pepper half rings to it. Mix all the ingredients well and let the veal brew for 2, 5 - 3 hours.
Put the marinated meat in a slow cooker, setting the "baking" mode, and cook for 45 minutes. Garnish with herbs before serving.
