As a rule, a side dish is required in addition to any salad. But you can diversify your dinner and bring novelties to your usual diet. To do this, you just need to bake a few pancakes and stuff them, and the same salad is suitable as a filling. Its main ingredients can be ham, green peas, parmesan cheese and some other ingredients.
  It is necessary
- - flour 100 g
 - - egg 3 pcs.
 - - milk 150 ml
 - - ham 100 g
 - - olive oil 3 tbsp. spoons
 - - canned peas
 - - boiled carrots
 - - canned or boiled beans
 - - boiled zucchini
 - - Parmesan cheese 200 g
 - - chopped fragrant herbs
 - - salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Preparing pancake dough. To do this, break eggs into a cup, salt and beat with a whisk or fork. In another container, combine milk with flour so that you get a fairly liquid homogeneous mass. Combine the milk and egg mixtures together and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
When the pancake dough is done, add the finely chopped ham into it.
Step 3
Fry the pancakes in a skillet so that each has a few slices of ham.
Step 4
Let's start preparing the filling. Fry all vegetables in a pan and add chopped herbs to them. Cut half the cheese into small cubes and combine with the vegetables. Grate the rest of the Parmesan on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Stuff the pancakes with the resulting filling. Place baked goods on a baking sheet and sprinkle generously with cheese on top. Bake the dish in the oven for 5 minutes at 200 degrees. Stuffed pancakes should be served hot.
